I have worked as a therapist in the Dothan and surrounding areas since June 2018. I am a native of Elba, Alabama and received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University Dothan in 2010. I completed my Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology at Troy University Dothan in 2018 and obtained full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2022. I enjoy spending time with my children, reading, and practicing yoga.
I am dedicated to helping people develop the necessary tools and coping skills to manage a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral issues. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) as well as a variety of additional therapeutic frameworks (DBT, REBT, Existential Theory, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.) to provide an eclectic, holistic approach in helping clients reach their unique therapeutic goals.
